The X Factor is OVER!

So, that is it for another year, The X Factor 2011 is officially over and LittleMix beat Marcus Collins and Amelia Lily to 1st place. Its been an interesting year with the new judges, and new twists. We have all laughed and been amazed with all the talent they've had this year. This year's final was held at the legendary Wembley Arena, where we saw Amelia Lily perform and come 3rd, Marcus Collins come 2nd, and LittleMix come 1st. The show kicked off with an exhilarating performance of Take That's hit "Greatest Day" by the three finalists. The 3 finalists performed the following songs:

Previous contestants One Direction and JLS performed in the middle of the show.  Leona Lewis and Michael Buble then performed after the contestants, before it was announced that Amelia Lily had come in 3rd place.

Sunday night kicked off with a performance from the 14 finalists (Goldie Cheung replaced Frankie Coccoza) with a mash up of We found love/Party Rock Anthem/On The Floor/ Moves Like Jagger/Born This Way/The Edge Of Glory. The two finalists then performed the following songs:

LittleMix had the clear upperhand after the winners song "Cannonball" and after an incredible performance from Coldplay, it was announced that the amazing LittleMix had won!!!


LittleMix's new single "Cannonball" is available now and we'd love to see it as christmas number 1!

What's in store for LittleMix in the future? No one really knows but we think they'll be big!
